    Session Preparation Guide

Everything you need to know before your first mobile postoperative recovery session with Med Aesthetic Care in Davenport, FL. Proper preparation ensures optimal comfort and results.

    Setting Up Your Space

    • Clear a quiet, comfortable area in your home where we can set up our professional massage table.
    • Ensure the room temperature is comfortably warm, as your body temperature may drop during the session.
    • Keep any necessary medical documents, compression garments (fajas), or surgical notes nearby.

    Physical Preparation

    • Hydrate well before our arrival. Water helps your lymphatic system flush out excess fluids more effectively.
    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put back on without straining your incisions.
    • Have a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before your session to keep your blood sugar stable.

What to Expect During the Session

    Initial Assessment

We will review your surgical history, check your incisions, and discuss any current discomfort or concerns before beginning the hands-on work.

    Gentle Treatment

Lymphatic drainage is a very light, rhythmic skin-stretching technique. It should never be painful. If you experience pain, we will adjust immediately.
